Admissions and Booking Process
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a widely used and generally safe treatment, but there are contraindications that create risks for certain individuals. In order to determine whether HBOT is safe and appropriate for you, we need to collect medical information and a health history.
Please select the appropriate button that will link you to a survey to begin the admissions process. You will also need to complete a detailed intake form in RXNT once you have registered for our patient portal system.
If you have already registered for the patient portal and completed the required forms in RXNT, sign in to our RXNT Patient Portal to send notes or request appointment times directly in the application, or contact us at booking@hh-usa.com or (510) 648-9496 for assistance.

Medicare Patients
If you have Medicare and believe you have one of the Medicare covered conditions please select the button below. Medicare requires an examination to determine your eligibility for treatment. We provide this exam at our facility at no cost to you, whether or not you qualify for coverage.
Returning Patients
If you are a patient who has had treatment with us at our previous facility, please select the button below. We will email you a link to our patient portal to begin our new admissions process.
