Package Policy

The optimal benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy are dependent on completing a series of sessions. To determine if HBOT is appropriate for you, we schedule all new patients a single introductory session before purchasing a full series package. 

Once you have completed an introductory session, you may consult with our staff as to how many sessions are beneficial for your treatment plan and which package to purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Holistic Hyperbarics has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, call us at (510) 648-9496.

Purchased packages are non refundable under any circumstance. In the event you are unable to use the sessions left in your package, you are responsible for transferring or gifting them to someone else.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before a session will be charged the full treatment price. Please understand that time was reserved for you and as a specialized service it is difficult to fill a time slot with short notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows without cause may result in refusal of service.

Coming late to a session may result in a shortened session time. This happens when we cannot accommodate a patient coming late to a session without prior notice. In the event of a shortened session time due to lateness, you are still responsible for the full session.

Should anything unforeseen or medically necessary happen (such as trouble clearing one’s ears) that shortens a session, the patient will not be charged for that session.

Card on File Policy

We request that you keep a payment method on file with us for ease of payment and in the event of unpaid sessions or cancellations. Payment is required at the time of service. If a balance accrues and no payment is received, we reserve the right to seek payment by any means, including using the credit/debit information we have on file. If the balance remains unpaid, we reserve the right to suspend services until the balance is paid in part or in full.

Notification Policy

You will be notified before your card is charged. If you would like to use another financial source at the point of notification, it is your responsibility to furnish us with that information.

Clients Under 18 Years of Age

Clients under 18 must have a legal guardian sign off on their treatment. Children under the age of 14 are required to have an adult caregiver accompany them for their dive. (Supplemental oxygen must be purchased for any accompanying adult, and each adult must complete the same medical evaluation forms before they dive with the patient).
